About the Instructor:
Jasmine Phong is a loving mother of two teenagers and a clan of fur and feathered babies. She believes it is essential for us to thrive and live in wellness, and it is her true desire to empower others to obtain abundant and purposeful lives. She is a Fully Certified C.A.R.E Instructor and a Certified Aromatherapy Coach, as well as a Licensed Spiritual Health Coach, Advanced Certified Raindrop Harmonics Practitioner, and AromaSounds Supervisor & Instructor. Jasmine empowers her students by teaching the truth, power, and faith, combined with intent and modalities including colour, light, sound, gemstones, essential oils & prayer. While supporting her community in Canada, Jasmine travels internationally empowering students and specialists around the world, including Malaysia, Singapore, Australia, China, Taiwan, the Philippines, and Indonesia, to name a few. Jasmine loves to help others and has dedicated her life to supporting and mentoring others to find wellness, purpose, and abundance.

Do you feel that you lack boundaries in your life?
You’re feeling drained after work and after a full night sleep? You’re rundown with aches and pains, coughs and colds? You feel that others rob you of your thoughts, ideas, words, and you simply cannot feel joy despite trying?
When two people interact their energy fields blend and merge as this is part of interpersonal relationships. How do you feel most days around others? What is your energy like? Have you set boundaries around what you can give and receive that can help “protect” your vitality?
Come join me in this class, where we will explore the different boundaries through science and the understanding of relationships. Here we introduce unique tools such as colour lights, gems/essences, tuning forks, and essential oils to help you protect, balance and strengthen your energetic fields. Class size is limited so make sure you connect with me if to learn more. I look forward to sharing the modalities that have helped me so tremendously.

REFUNDS
Full refund less $150 CAD for processing cancellations no later than 30 days before class commence.
After which, only replacement is allowed.
WHAT TO BRING
Bring two (2) sheets, two (2) bath towels, and one (1) hand towel. If you would be willing to bring a massage table, please mention this when you register.
If possible, please try to avoid caffeine and alcohol 3 days prior to class and 3 days after. Start taking Alkalime to neutralize the pH of your body would be a good idea. Bring a bottle of White Angelica, Northern Light Black Spruce, or Frankincense if you prefer.
WHAT IS INCLUDED
Class Notes, All Necessary Tuning Forks, Class Handouts, and a Certificate acknowledging your participation in the course or courses taken are all included in seminar fees. Snacks are included.
Please bring your own meals or plan to go out for meals (we might organize a potluck meal plan closer to the date).

* You do not need to buy tools to attend the class.
Tools will be made available to share among students during class. Not to take home.

REQUIREMENT
Classes are hands-on training. Participant’s nails must be trimmed very short and filed smoothly. Do not wear fingernail polish.
